Currently serving as the President of Singapore’s first and oldest Toastmasters Club, the Toastmasters Club of Singapore, Jacky has garnered a several years of public speaking experience. In 2007, Jacky represented his Club at the Area level contest and emerged victorious after beating several other seasoned speakers to become Area Champion of the International Speech Contest. Since then, Jacky has since become a mentor to many in the field of public speaking and has gone on to evaluate and judge at numerous speech competitions.

With several years of experience in the sales profession, Jacky’s areas of specialization include interpersonal and communication skills, customer service, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Salesmanship, Accelerated Learning Strategies, Communication and Public Speaking among others.

Today, Jacky takes delight in running and facilitating numerous talks, trainings and workshops at various schools across Singapore.

Training aside, Jacky is also an avid sportsmen, singer and contributor to the community. Not only has he successfully completed 3 half-marathons and staged a couple of solo singing performances at prestigious venues such as the Victoria Concert Hall, Jacky is also an active Lion who currently serves as the Vice President of the service organization – Lions Clubs (Bedok) – a testament to Jacky’s character and belief in creating value and giving back to society.

It’s no wonder then, why Jacky has chosen to leave the lucrative sales industry to pursue his dream as a trainer.
